Rainbow Escape
Can you escape before mom notices you're gone? Or... can you escape at all? Test your wits in this flash game-style point and click puzzler.
This game was designed and made in 5 days for the Spring 2023 S&T Game Jam. This is by far the most art I've ever had to make for a game, which is why I went for the MSPaint 'style' to save time. My original plan for this game was way overambitious, and even included a secret ending that I wasn't able to add. But I think the result is still a very full-featured jam project!

It's a fun game with imaginative puzzles. I'm just not sure how the fishing game controls work but that might be a bug or user error.
Glad you enjoyed it! And the fishing game uses the on-screen buttons to play. (A few other people have had the same confusion, but since it's a jam game I didn't want to make any changes after release.)

Very fun! I got kicked out by the "crash game" on the wheel though and that was sad, but overall a good play :)
10/10 game, I didn't realize that the blue books could be moved so i got stuck on the color code puzzle XD

Very cute, and very creative puzzles!! The crash game option on the arcade wheel was hilarious, luckily I didn't land on it or I think I would have lost my mind lol... Great work! :)

The art is simple but well-executed given the timeframe., & the puzzles are awesome.
I *need* to know what that multicolor fish is worth though aughh.
-Try to cross the street and die
-Try again, look both ways, cross safely
-Spend 22 minutes solving puzzles before escaping
-Try to go back across the street, die
-Forgot to look both ways.

This was genuinely really good!!! I really loved the mini-games! :)
I also loved the attention to detail- the views of the roads looking left and right are different for before and after you cross the street. So many other games would not redraw those, but I really appreciated that.
The "free quarter!" graphic made me laugh out loud.

This os one of the WORSE game of this genre I've ever played, and oh boy I've played a lot..
Don't waste your time : Ugly graphics, no sound/music, dump puzzles, buggy and purposely crash the game without warning for no reason..., I one point, it's just a clicker ...
